VRAssurance Privacy Policy

VRAssurance takes your privacy seriously. We let you decide what information you want to share with us. We are safe and secure. We will keep the personal information that you provide to us safe and secure. Our data security exceeds industry standards. We use technology, policies, and conduct, together with a privacy-centered company culture, to ensure that your data is safe with us. VRAssurance does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, or when we have your permission.

We offer services only in India therefore our services are limited to India at present. You control your personal information. You can edit or delete any personal information that you add to your account. Through the functionality provided you can share your information with the service providers.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information any time you register to use VRAssurance Services. You are responsible for the security of your passwords and for any use of your account. You must immediately notify VRAssurance Medical Database Management of any unauthorized use of your password or account.

Our Services

VRAssurance service is for informational purpose only.

This content should not be used during a medical emergency or for the diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. Please consult your doctor or other qualified health care provider if you have any questions about a medical condition, or before taking any drug, changing your diet or commencing or discontinuing any course of treatment. Do not ignore or delay obtaining professional medical advice because of information accessed through VRAssurance. You may only use VRAssurance services, if you reside in India.

We provide the service "as-is," "with all faults" and "as available." We don't guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of information available from the service. You acknowledge that computer and telecommunications systems are not fault-free and occasional periods of downtime occur. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that data loss will not occur. We and our affiliates and vendors give no express warranties, guarantees, or conditions. We exclude any implied warranties, including for merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, and non-infringement. You may have certain rights under your local law. Nothing in this contract is intended to affect those rights, if they are applicable. VRAssurance may change this agreement and will post the modified agreement at www.vrassurance.com. If you do not agree to the modified agreement, you should stop using VRAssurance. Your continued use of VRAssurance after the date the modified agreement is posted will constitute your acceptance of the modified agreement.

HIPAA does not apply to the transmission of health information by VRAssurance to any third party.

This agreement is governed by Indian Law. The exclusive venue for any dispute relating to this agreement is Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. You and VRAssurance Consent to the Jurisdiction of these courts.
